Can we bring food into Chipmunks Centre?
We do not allow any outside food or drinks to be brought into Chipmunks as we provide a full service cafe witrh a range of food and drink options which cater for all dietry requirements. Bottled baby food and formula are the only exceptions. If you have and concerns please raise them with the staff at your local store.
Do we need socks?
Yes. Don’t worry, if you forget them we have them available for purchase in store.
Do you offer group or discount rates?
Yes we do. We also offer group rates for camps, school groups and other large parties. Please contact your local store for more information
Can we walk-in anytime?
Yes! During operating hours.
Does admission include all of the rides?
The cost of admission is for as long as you wish to stay and play. In some cases there may be additional charges for specific activities or rides
Are wheelchairs and strollers available?
Our store has wheelchair facilities such as toilet, entrance door etc, but we do not provide rental of wheelchairs and strollers.
Can I use a credit card or personal cheque to purchase tickets?
We take VISA and Mastercard.
